Where is the line?
Clearly there is a line to who Britain allows in the country but at the moment there is far more in the country than the government allowed for. I understand people wanting to come to this country if it is going to offer them a better life, now the world has become far easier to travel it is far more possible for people to move around. And that is the way the world is going as people from poorer countries come to Britain people from Britain are choosing to go to hotter climates so many more locations in the world will become multi-national communities. Many places in London now have far more non-English children in the class than children from a white-British origin. And as hard as some people will find this to cope with living with people from far away they are just going to have to deal with it as it looks to continue.
It does benefit the economy when the people coming over are skilled, especially when there are shortages over here. But when they come over here and don't work, taking tax payers money that is where I think that's where the line is (or should be) that's is where there own government should be helping them out. Obviously that's more of a difficult task than it seems with some governments, especially in the developing world.
Should people have a right to live where they want?
This is the section which is completely my opinion, I believe that everyone should have the same opportunities, no matter where you live. Unfortunately that will be only a dream as the amount of poverty and bias in where the money lays is unfair and always will be. Most kids in poor countries know how important school is and they do anything to get in. Where as in developed countries we take it for granted and all too often forget the fortunate position we are in and abuse the resources we have. Then after education the job prospects are a million times better in London than Zimbabwe (for example). So obviously everyone would rather live in the best spots but everyone can't due to over crowding. So what’s the best solution?
As a quick and simple conclusion there shouldn't be a need for immigration if people where happy living where they are. That’s why I would suggest a more even world with basic ideas taken from communism but not quite as extreme equality and for the to be a big group having a overview and to make the best decisions for everyone, more on this in the next post.
